Set the settings of the reminders about the necessity to fill out the daily form about your state in the most suitable way. Use the Scheduling tab to select the necessary days and time when the reminders should be displayed, enable or disable sound for the reminders on the Sound tab and use the Applications tab to specify applications or documents that should be opened at the moment when the reminder is due
